I was born and raised in Switzerland 🇨🇭 but life has led me to live in China 🇨🇳, the USA 🇺🇸 and Germany 🇩🇪 over the last years. Since 2017, I have been working in different roles in Insurance - from core insurance functions in sales, to business intelligence and data analytics.
After completing my Bachelor degree in Insurance and Finance, I had developed a strong interest in coding, data science and technology. During my time in the US, I learned how to code in Python, and I wanted to dive deeper into data analytics. This is why I decided to pursue a Masters degree in Data Analytics from the University of Glasgow.
Over the years, I have found a deep passion for Free and Open-Source Software, which takes up a large part of my free time. I have linked some projects that I personally support and use at Links.
